Fricandó de llata con Toque Torres 🥩🍄
Ingredients (Serves 4) 🥩 12 sliced beef fillets 🍄 400g assorted fresh mushrooms 🧅 2 onions 🥕 1 carrot 🧄 3 garlic cloves 🌿 2 sprigs of rosemary 🌿 4 sprigs of thyme 🥔 12-15 baby primor potatoes 🍺 1 liter of beer (or enough to cover) 🌾 Flour 🫒 Olive oil 🧂 Salt ⚫ Pepper Preparation Season and flour the fillets, brown them in a saucepan with olive oil. Chop the carrot into cubes and julienne the onion. Remove the meat and add the vegetables with the herbs and the garlic cloves. Clean and chop the mushrooms, add them, and sauté. Lightly Deglaze with Armagnac (optional) and add the well-washed primor potatoes. Cover with beer and cook covered over medium heat for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Remove from heat, drizzle with lemon juice to taste, and serve with the mushrooms on top.
