【DEFY】体力の衰えを受け入れてから、自転車の楽しみ方が変わってきました。あと10年、自転車を楽しみたいと思っています。

Enjoy leisurely pottering and cycling trips on a road bike. My favorite bike is the GIANT DEFY ADVANCED PRO1. My 20th sports bike is the Miyata ROADREX i 6180 gravel e-bike. My 21st bike is a folding mini-bike: the BROMPTON MR6 C. My 22nd bike is the Araya Tourist, a bike I bought to celebrate my 60th birthday. My 23rd bike is the Specialized Vado SL 4.0 cross-bike e-bike. On my days off, I enjoy pottering around 50km. Sometimes I cycle 100km. I take overnight bike trips once a month, enjoying local beer, visiting castles, and visiting hot springs. During long weekends, I take mini trips of 3-4 nights. I occasionally camp. I usually ride alone. I've been cycling for 39 years. My motto is to have fun while riding. I was a member of the university cycling club.
