Spear Elementalist: We're so back

The bugfixes and buffs were good. The only gripe I have now is the Etch being cancelled by other skills. Sorry for the blob content, reset+alliances tend to do that. Spear feels like a more fluid staff, the damage is very good, the skills feel impactful, and the overall flow of the weapon is amazing. There's damage outside of Volcano and sustain/peel in water. The 4 skills takes some practice to land but aren't as bad as people make them out to be. Weaver still feels anti-synergy, particularly with the 1st column of traits. The dual skills feel very boring as they encourage you to just not play weaver. None of the weaver utilities synergize with the range of spear. Why play weaver for mediocre dual skills and a 15% damage bonus when instead you can do catalyst for a 20% bonus to all stats on top of better utilities? The dual skills currently do not provide enough reason to play weaver over catalyst in competitive modes. Overall, 92/100 for WvW Spear. Could use some buffs in PvP in terms of sustain, maybe lower cooldowns on the 2 and 3 skills.
