Spear Catalyst: Reset Highlights

Ya'll didnt believe in the damage. Its not that spear ele is bad, its just spear warrior is too good. There's only so many health bars to cleave. The damage pacing is different from staff. On staff, your damage comes from 3 places: Meteor Shower, Lava Font, and Pyroclastic Blast (fire/earth 3). On spear you have many more options. Volcano doesn't hit as hard as Meteor Shower, but the tighter AoE makes up for it when you layer skills like Fulgor and Glyph of Storms on top of it. I do think there needs to be a few more buffs/changes. Fire and earth 2 and 4 need more power or lower cooldowns. Fulgor needs to tick faster, Volcano needs to come out faster or hit harder for how much delay there is. Look at it this way: if spear ele is keeping pace with the obscenely broken warrior skills, imagine how it compares when warrior actually gets nerfed.
