🍺 Let's Brew a Mexican Lager! In this video I'm brewing "Idle del Sol", a crisp, clean and refreshing Mexican Lager on the BrewZilla Gen 4 using WHC Cerveza Campeón yeast. This recipe combines German Pilsner malt, flaked maize and a touch of dextrin malt for a light-bodied, highly drinkable lager with plenty of character. Hopped with Hallertauer Hersbrucker, Tettnang and Motueka for subtle floral, herbal and citrus notes.
