It took me 8 months to land my first client, involving thousands of prospecting messages, emails, and calls. Until 2023, I survived in this model, which was already obsolete, highly saturated, and on the verge of collapse. I was getting paid a fixed €1200 per month per client for advertising. Unfortunately, I needed too many clients to scale, and I was losing them within a few months because they couldn't convert on their end. I was making between €2000 and €6000 a month, but I was a slave to my business. I spent six hours a day prospecting, with no stability, no long-term vision, and it wasn't sustainable if you wanted to make a comfortable living from your business. In the summer of 2023, I used my agency constraints to pivot and created my own hybrid model: becoming a Scale Partner in the information product sector. I manage all the marketing for my infopreneur clients, take a percentage of their revenue, and found my first client (Haïm) within the first 10 days because the demand was so high (and my offer was incredibly easy to get accepted). In my first month, I generated €6,500 in commissions (profit in my pocket), €17,000 in the second month, and then €32,000 in the third month. I had found the loophole; I simply wasn't in the right place at the right time as a service provider. I had just discovered the model that allowed me, in two years, to generate over €5 million for my clients (including €700,000 in commissions for myself), with only five clients, starting from my sole expertise as a service provider, and all this without the constraints of other businesses. The icing on the cake is that I no longer lose clients. They depend on my systems and strategies, and they are happy to pay me well to manage, scale, and automate their information products. I integrate systems into their businesses that allow me to manage each client in one hour a day, while earning more than 99% of online entrepreneurs. This is the pivot/logical model that allows service providers, freelancers, agencies, etc., to become true long-term partners, earning €5k to €15k+ per month per client (without ever having to chase after them again).
