I Ate Carbs for 30 Days After 10 Years of Keto, Nobody Expected This

I did keto for 10 yearsโ€ฆ then I ate carbs again for 30 days while wearing a Continuous Glucose Monitor (CGM). The results shocked me. For years, I've heard people claim that keto causes carb intolerance, makes you insulin resistant, harms your thyroid, raises cortisol, and destroys metabolic flexibility. So I decided to test it myself. For 30 days, I reintroduced a variety of carbohydrates including: ๐Ÿš White rice ๐Ÿฅ” Potatoes ๐Ÿ  Sweet potatoes ๐ŸŒพ Oats ๐ŸŒ Bananas ๐ŸŒฑ Peas ๐Ÿš Black rice I tracked everything with a CGM and measured exactly how these foods affected my blood sugar in real time.
