Installing Front Coil Springs & Struts on a Ford Fox Body #FairmontProject

In this video I show all the steps needed to install front coil springs and struts into a Ford Fox body. Front coil springs can be a challenge, especially when you don't have the weight of the engine to help you out. So be prepared for some frustration and effort during your install. I couldn't get my spring compressors up into place on this set up. If you're able to figure out a different method, I'm open to suggestion. I struggled with these springs for quite some time to get them installed. I'm sure you could see the frustration on my face. Be sure to take a break if you need one.
