HOW TO MAKE CUPCAKE DOUGH WITH ONLY 3 INGREDIENTS / COMPLETE RECIPE I'm sharing this wonderful recipe that I know you've asked me a lot for, which is the dough to make cupcakes or empanadas with wheat flour. It's very easy and inexpensive to make, and it's foolproof. I hope you like it a lot. Ingredients: ✓ 500 grams of all-purpose wheat flour equals 4 cups of wheat flour. ✓ 1 teaspoon of salt ✓ 250 ml of very hot water ✓ 50 ml of edible vegetable oil ✓ 2 tablespoons of butter 🧈 Optional Preparation: In a bowl or on a smooth surface, place the sifted flour with the salt. Make a well in the center and add the oil. Mix well with a spatula or fork. Then, add the very hot water. When you can't continue kneading with the spatula, begin kneading with your fingertips and gradually incorporate all the ingredients. Knead vigorously, stopping when you have a compact, smooth dough. Let it rest covered with a cloth for 30 minutes. Then, roll the dough out on a floured surface with a rolling pin until it's 1 to 2 millimeters thick. Using a cutter, cut out circles about 10 cm in diameter. Using a small spoon, add the desired filling (I used shredded beef and cheese) to the center of the circle and join both ends together. If you want to make a pie, place another lid over the filling and then seal the edges with a fork. In a pot or pan, heat enough oil to fry the pastries or empanakditas, but not too hot. (If you want to bake them, brush them with beaten egg to get a nice color when baked. Bake at 175°C until golden brown.)
