Are Catholics going to heaven? It's a question that creates real tension in a lot of churches. And the answer most people give is either too quick to condemn or too quick to assume. In this video, I want to push past both of those and get to what I think is the right question. Because heaven isn't distributed by denomination. It never has been. The real question isn't "Catholic or Protestant" -- it's "do you actually know Jesus?" And that question applies to all of us, no matter what church we grew up in. I share three thoughts on this: why the institution isn't the point, why religion can't save anyone (Catholic or otherwise), and why genuine disagreement doesn't have to mean we're not family.
