A lovely pair of Tricker’s Bourtons comes back with a heel comfort problem, and what should have been simple turns into a bit of a saga — insoles out, extra padding, machining the insole to try and make things right. All part of keeping customers comfortable. We’ve also got a heel repair where the stack’s failed before we even start the paid job. One of those days!
