The ingredients: 1 kg cooked cauliflower, 100g diced bacon, 3 eggs, 20cl cream, 100g skim cheese or fromage blanc, 75g flour, parsley, 1 red onion, nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Bake in the oven for 35 minutes at 180°C (350°F).
