For 15 years, monitoring the historical averages of protein, fat, and somatic cell count (SCC) of hundreds of producers has recorded data and parameters to rank and reward excellence in Brazilian milking. With this objective, the "Milk Quality Starts Here" program has been encouraging the evolution of the production chain from its base. In the regional stage held in São Paulo, the program awarded the best performances in volume, health, and milk solids content related to 2025. The evaluation considers the results of different genetic categories of the herds, also taking into account the variation in production systems adopted by the participants.
