Karma and Reaping what You Sow

This video is about comparing karma with the Christian teaching of reaping what you sow. And we will see that a more interesting question is: Why would a relational God make use of a teaching that does not lead to a relationship with him? Sounds interesting? (No karma involved here.) Matthew 6:5 ~ Don't pray where people can see you, they have their reward. Pray in secret, God will reward. (This is about sowing to the Spirit and not to the flesh.) Matthew 6:14 ~ Forgive and it will be forgiven. (Forgiveness... not work to earn merit. Not Karma based which is about doing works to earn merit and advancement.) John 9:2, 3 ~ The blindness was not for the man's sin nor for those of his parents. (No karma involved here either). John 1:17 ~ The Law was given through Moses, Jesus came with truth and grace. (Grace and mercy come through Jesus, karma knows neither.) John 3:16-18 ~ These verses talk about forgiveness and restoration of relationship with God. Karma deals with neither. By definition, it is blind to both. Matthew 22:34-40 ~ The two greatest commands and that all others hinge upon these two. Galatians 5:6 ~ Faith which works through love.
