Thank you 🍫❤️ 🍫RECIPE Moulding - White chocolate 230g + matcha powder 12g Matcha ganache 126g White chocolate(32% cacao) 75g Thick cream(milk fat 35%) 20g Glucose syrup 12g Unsalted butter 12g Matcha powder Milk chocolate ganache 83g Milk chocolate(41% cacao) 70g Thick cream(milk fat 35%) 13g Glucose syrup 5g Unsalted butter Set the piped matcha ganache before piping the milk chocolate ganache. If you are making everything on the same day, you can quickly set it in the fridge for 15~20 mins, otherwise set the ganache at 16~18'c for 12 hours.
