Hummus S2 - P23

Hummus is so good! A recipe of Middle Eastern origin that is so good that it has spread everywhere. It is an appetizer that I always make when I want to have an aperitif with friends. A real ace up my sleeve that I pull out at the right moment, and I will tell you, everyone always loves it, there is never even a teaspoon left! It is a soft cream, to spread made with chickpeas and taina, which is fabulous if put on croutons, flatbreads or slightly toasted slices of bread. Cumin and lemon then give it that extra boost that makes this deliciousness incredible. The recipe is very simple, it can be prepared in advance and can be stored in the fridge. Nothing is cooked and therefore it is a must for the summer!
