I watched the Gary's Economics Documentary

In this video, I talk about the new Channel 4 documentary by Gary Stevenson (known as Gary's Economics on Youtube) How To Get Filthy Rich By Gary Stevenson. This documentary lays out Gary's idea for a new wealth tax on individuals with over £10m of wealth in the UK. It also explains how inequality continues to grow in the UK. Gary talks to a number of different people in the documentary to hear their views on a potential future wealth tax. Reviews of the documentary in the media have been extremely negative, which I find interesting. Much of the mainstream media in the UK is owned by billionaires, so it's not a big surprise to me that reviews have been negative. For me, when you are encouraged not to watch something, it's a good indicator that something may actually be worth your time. In the video, I give my view of the documentary, and I discuss some of the views expressed by the people Gary meets in this documentary. #inequality #GarysEconomics
