Job Interviews are Dystopian Now

In 2026, the process of interviewing for a job is becoming bleak. If you're lucky enough to be offered an interview and not ghosted, you now might find yourself going through rounds and rounds of interviews, or being asked to do bizarre interview tasks. If you're really unlucky, you might be like half of all job seekers in the UK and invited to an AI interview. Companies are perfectly happy to waste your time but god forbid a company employee spend more than the bare minimum time or effort on recruitment. In this video, I talk about how the process of interviewing for a job is becoming dystopian.
