Oshie - OSHAAH - Part 1 Pa Ozimba explains

The Oshaah Dance, which is manifested by the Njid Society is the most powerful all-male dance in Oshie, Cameroon. Any Oshie male who considers himself a "man" and wishes to join, must be formally initiated into it. Males who are not initiated are not even permitted to see it in action, when dancing. The two Jujus on this film were one Djid escorted by one Angwikoh. They were accompanied by Emman, himself a long initiated member of the Njid. The three of them were going round the village, as harbingers to signal what would take place later in the day at Mr Ateghe's family premises. In short, this is what Pa Ozimba Elias was explaining. Pa Ozimba Elias himself is a very senior and old-time member of the Njid.
