Extremely Easy homemade Ingredients 3 Large Eggs 30g (2 tbsp) Cooking oil 45g (3 tbsp) Milk 70g (0.54 cup) Cake flour 2.5ml (1/2 tsp) Vanilla extract (optional) 2g (1/4 tsp) Lemon juice 50g (2 tbsp) Sugar cake pan size: 15cm/6'' Steam for about 45 minutes on medium heat Important tips 1. Need 3 large eggs, shelled about 55-60 grams 2. If you don't have vanilla extract, you can omit it. 3. Whip the egg whites on medium-high speed first, after adding sugar for the third time, turn to medium-low speed and whip until neutral - dry peaks. 4.
