Black Canyon Campground | Santa Fe New Mexico | Review
3-Day weekend trip up to Santa Fe mountains, staying at Black Canyon Campground. This campground has 36 sites and over half are by reservation on Recreation.Gov website. The rest are first-come sites. The campground is along the Hyde Memorial Road to the Santa Fe Ski area and access to hiking and backpacking trails in the Santa Fe National Forest as well as the Pecos Wilderness. It is a great campground but you need to be aware of the layout of the campground as well as camp sites before you book. This video is to help you decide which site works best for your camping experience. We also did a taste test for another backpacking meal... the search is still on to find some meals we both like! This time was Peak Refuel Homestyle Chicken & Rice. videos in this series: #1. Black Canyon Campground - Review #2. Borrego-Winsor-Bear Wallow Triangle Trail Hike If you have any questions or comments, please leave them below!
