Big Snapper in the Wash | Straylining the West Coast
We loaded up the big boat and headed off to check out a new piece of coastline on the West Coast in search of a few quality snapper. Things didn’t exactly go to plan early on. The conditions made it tough and we had to work for every opportunity, but after a bit of persistence we stumbled across a zone we’d never straylined before. It didn’t take long to realise there were some proper fish living there. A simple mission, a few lessons learned, and another memorable day exploring the backyard. Sometimes all it takes is trying somewhere new.
