Simple and easy chicken Kabsa recipe!! chciken #kabsa_asmr #kabsarecipe #kabsarice #kabsa #chicken #chickenricerecipe Ingredients : ——————- 1 kg of chicken ,cut into small pieces 250g chopped onion 20g of minced garlic 2 tbsp tomato paste 300g chopped tomatoes 2 cups basmati rice 1 litre of water Chilli as desired fresh cilantro chotfod garnishing The right spices: ————————- Cinnamon sticks Bay leaves 2 1 dried lemon Cardamom beads Ground spices: ———————— 1 tsp cumin 1 tsp ground coriander 1 tsp paprika 1 tsp turmeric 1 tsp black pepper 1 tsp ground ginger Salt to taste Method : ————— 1–turn on the blender mode and add oil and onion until it dissolves. 2–Add cinnamon,bay leaf,Komi,cardamom,cloves & scrub with onion 3–Add the spices chicken and heart it until it changes color 4–Add the garlic,ground spices, salt and heart well 5–Add the tomato paste then diced tomatoes and let it marinate 6—Add water to cover the chicken,the pressure cook for 20 minutes 7– Wash the rice and soak for 20 mins 8–add the boiled rice and chilies 9–cook over rice for 20 minutes 10–garnish with fresh cilantro and serve warm
