Beginner Aerial Hoop / Lyra Flow!

A little Beginner’s Aerial Hoop / Lyra sequence I’ve been teaching my wonderful Beginner’s Hoop Class at Aerial Arts Studio, Tonbridge, Kent ✨🤗✨ Go carefully with the crossed-knee hang though - a bit of compression/ pressure discomfort is normal, but if you feel any twinges/ sharp pains in the knee while doing it then it’s one to avoid. The ‘safe’ range of a particular joint’s flex or rotation is different for everyone and our knees are far too precious (and complicated!) to risk! ❤️ This video is just a guide and memory aide for my students; you can always tweak things to make them work for you and your body 😊 I’m always happy to answer questions, so please don’t hesitate to ask 💕
