CUANDO LA ANSIEDAD DEJA DE SER NORMAL

"Normal" anxiety exists: we all experience it. It becomes a problem when it starts interfering with daily life: work, relationships, sleep, and well-being. We can think of it as an "excessive focus on the future": living trapped in scenarios that almost never happen. There are several common types: • Generalized anxiety disorder: constant worry • Panic attack: a sudden and intense episode with physical symptoms • Phobias: disproportionate fear • Social anxiety: fear of being judged by others • Agoraphobia: fear of being unable to escape or receive help Anxiety also manifests in the body: rapid heartbeat, insomnia, digestive problems, shortness of breath. 👉 Not every isolated symptom is a disorder. 👉 And most importantly: anxiety is treatable. Therapy, lifestyle changes, and, when necessary, medication. We live in an environment that fosters anxiety, but we also have tools to manage it. 📺 We discussed this topic on @telefenoticias with the #BuenTelefe team: @erifontanaoficial @puenteadrian @lulyillbele @droggiano 💬 How do you recognize your anxiety?
