If Rest Makes You Feel Guilty or Anxious, Here’s Why
Do you feel like you should be doing something… even when you know you need to rest? Like you take a break, do nothing — and it just feels wrong? 👉In this video, I talk about why that happens. Why resting can feel uncomfortable. Why doing nothing can trigger anxiety or guilt. And why this has nothing to do with being lazy. I share my own experience of hitting a point where I couldn’t keep going the way I used to. And how hard it was to just stop, rest, and not force anything. We look at: – why we’re wired to always be doing something – how being productive gets tied to your sense of value – why your system struggles with stillness – the difference between real rest and avoidance – and why doing nothing can actually be part of the process.
