I only realized my place is on stage when I understood that the stage isn't a place. All my experience in prisons, universities, and companies has shown me that the stage isn't a court of first instance with the sole purpose of condemning the presenter. In fact, the stage isn't even a place. Only with this understanding does it become possible to experience peak performance in oratory. In light of William Glasser's Learning Pyramid and the Dunning-Kruger effect, the need for lived communication experiences to build effective knowledge becomes clear. My idea is that peak performance on stage comprises a practical order: First you plan, then you execute, and then you evaluate. Scriptwriter, protagonist, and judge. This is the cycle of self-improvement that allows the presenter to occupy the right seat, at the right time, using breathing and oratory techniques. Understand that the stage isn't a place, and your own life will become the stage. You are the one you've been waiting for. That's what Cristian Magalhães believes, a man with extensive experience as a conflict mediator for the Court of Justice of Minas Gerais, a lawyer, a beauty pageant judge, and a theater actor. Today, he uses everything he's learned to teach the precise path to achieving peak performance in communication. His motto is that there are no mistakes, only learning and success.
