I’m getting anxious. I have to walk far to the store, but I’m worried about walking with Super now that it’s so hot outside. In today’s video, I show you the diet I followed for the week before the Baeksang Arts Awards. I almost never eat breakfast. I drink coffee or tea and eat my first meal after 2:00 PM. I usually eat one and a half meals a day when I’m dieting. I eat low-calorie foods during the day and very little in the evening. Maybe I’ve just become used to it, but I don’t get that hungry in the evening. I eat nuts or yogurt when I do feel hungry. I also drink a lot of water. This video was really fun to make.
