簡単なのに本格的「ベーコンエピ」の作り方~パン初心者向け
生地パリッパリ、ボーリューム満点の「ベーコンエピ」を作りました 1本食べただけで十分満足でき、私お気に入りのパンの1つです 材料も少なく、お子さまと一緒に作れる簡単パンです 【材料】 強力粉:170g 薄力粉:30g ドライイースト:3g グラニュー糖:3g 塩:3g 水:130cc ベーコン:6枚 塩:お好みで(味付け用) こしょう:お好みで(味付け用) 【作り方】 ➀強力粉、薄力粉、ドライイースト、グラニュー糖、塩、水を入れ混ぜる ➁生地がまとまったら台に移し、こねる ➂ボウルに生地を入れ、ラップをし40℃50分間発酵させる ➃ボウルから生地を台に移し、ガス抜きする ➄生地を3等分し、丸める ➅濡れた布を被せ10分間休ませる ➆麺棒で生地を伸ばしガスを抜く ➇伸ばした生地を三つ折りにし、合わせ目を手でつまみ、閉じていく ➈15cmほど生地を伸ばす ⑩伸ばした生地にベーコンをのせ、お好みで塩とこしょうをかける ⑪生地を丸く包み、ベーコンを内側に入れ込み、はみ出さないようにする ⑫合わせ目を手でつまみ、閉じていく ⑬生地を転がし形を整える ⑭天板の上にクッキングシートを敷き生地を置く ⑮ハサミで等間隔に3分の2程度の深さでカットし、左右に分ける ⑯濡れた布で40℃30分間発酵させる ⑰予熱しておいた210度のオーブンで210度15分程焼く ⑱完成 ●ツイッター → / manpuku_cafe ●ブログ →http://yuyakamen.livedoor.blog/ ●インスタグラム~ →https://www.instagram.com/manpuku_caf...
