Mi receta de tatín de manzana
Vamos a preparar una tarta de manzana super fácil y que solo tiene manzana y la base de masa quebrada, la cantidad de azúcar va al gusto de cada uno y también la podéis sustituir por azúcar moreno si os apetece. Necesitaremos: 4 manzanas reinetas c/s azúcar mantequilla (para engrasar la sartén) 1 lamina de masa quebrada Y si este tatín lo acompañamos de un helado.... seria para tocarle música Espero que os guste.
