In my first two videos I showed you how I pre-poo my hair before washing then I showed you how I safely wash my hair and now I am showing you a treatment I occasionally do after washing my hair. This avocado deep conditioning treatment is the perfect protein v moisture balanced treatment. Avocado has many nutrients and oils that moisturize our hair and scalp. It and the egg have large proteins that are too big to penetrate our shaft so they coat the hair and act as a light protein treatment. Thus, it is safe for both LOW and HIGH porosity hair and I would recommend HIGH porosity do this in between thorough deep protein treatments. I got carried away with the avocado that I forgot to mention the benefits of the other ingredients. Banana is moisturizing to our hair. Honey give the hair shine. The essential oils stimulate the scalp encouraging blood flow and encourage hair growth.
