Protein Routine for High Porosity 4C Hair

Heyy :) Today I'll be explaining why I use protein and how it helps strengthen and maintain my fine porous hair. My techniques aren't any different from my regular wash days, it's only a switch to products that have protein. I've only been using hydrating/moisturizing and all-purpose products lately that I've neglected my hair from the thing it loves dearly— protein. I forgot how much my hair loves protein, it felt so amazing after this wash, and it looks so healthy right now I'm in awe. It's so shiny! ALSO, I'm so used to washing my hair when it's coiled, but since it was slightly stretched from the braids it's so flufffyyy! I can't get over how it looks in this video. So so pretty! Another thing, I tried reducing the amount of water running this wash day and it wasn't as bad as I thought it'd be. I think I'll be doing that more often, thanks for the call in.
