RÉNOVATION Alternateur SANS PRESSE, puis TEST sur établi.

I show you how to replace the 2 bearings, the brushes and the slip rings on a Bosch alternator which comes from a BMW 528i E39. To do that I need to remove the pulley and to open the alternator. I do this operation because the alternator makes noise when it works. I use a simple vise to remove and refit the parts. Moreover I show you how to test the alternator on the workbench out of the car. 0:00 Intro 1:07 Plastic casing remove 1:33 Regulator remove 2:06 Alternator open 2:50 Rear bearing remove 3:39 Pulley remove 5:47 Front bearing remove 9:49 Slip rings remove 10:47 Brushes remove 11:53 Explode view, new part buy 13:18 New front bearing refit 16:04 Pulley refit 16:41 New slip rings refit 18:56 New rear bearing refit 19:27 Alternator close 20:15 New brushes refit 22:20 Regulator refit 22:57 Plastice casing refit 23:24 Test on workbench 24:47 Conclusion If you like this video, you can add comment, add a thum up, share it or consider subscribe .
