Yokomo YD-2 E Shakedown Out Of Box

Aww yiss, the YD-2 "E" platform :) The "E" was an updated version of the original YD-2 "Basic" as it was named when the YD-2 series first released back in 2016. Updated out of box tune to the original release, this all-plastic car felt easy to drive and smooth but the lock stoppers left you wanting more angle (easily removable). The E was more tame in comparison to the "S" platform. When you move up to the "Plus" or "EX/SX/RX/ZX" series it becomes a more personal choice for which one you should go with. The YD-2 E platform allows you to enjoy drifting without breaking the bank. You can upgrade this car as little or as much as you like as pretty much every part released (save for like 5-10% of parts) for the YD-2's should fit this car. I currently maintain the rental car fleet at Strickly Sidewayz and we are running one YD-2 E chassis within the fleet and it has been pretty durable over the last 2 years.
