How to Paint Treebeard! | Lord of the Rings MESBG Painting Tutorial

  / planetmithril   BUU RA RUUUM! Or however you're supposed to spell that! I'm super excited to bring my take on painting the Mighty Ent, Treebeard today! I've had this model on my desk for SO long and decided it was finally time to take the plunge! My simple 3 stage recipe for painting the main body of this imposing figure combined with some beautiful and subtle spot colours, all brought together with a really natural colour palette. This is also my first online attempt at using contrast paints! Could I have picked a small model to try, yes! Did I opt for a large, more expensive model for my maiden voyage? Of course!!
