In the third and final part of our interview with Jack Mulhern from George Clooney's Boys In The Boat, Jack gives us his views on what it takes to take on a modern character related physical transformation and how it differs to famous, historical routes to achieving that result. We touch on how it affected his cognitive and mental health, and how the other boys and the team supported him, and allowed him to focus on the goal at hand. What's really interesting is you can really really feel Jack's interest and attention to detail to the process, which made his transformation a precise journey which certainly isn't for everyone, but worked very well in his experience.
