Jack Mulhern and his Boys in the Boat body transformation journey PART 1

The first of a three part interview where Jack Mulhern outlines his experience of a dramatic weight loss where at he's lowest he was 40lbs lighter than when he started the process. How we manipulated hydration, calories and training to achieve success. Jack's explains how his character choice, based on Olympic Rower Don Hume, was supported by Barry Sigrist who was the Therapist and Trainer to Jack and the other cast in the boat. There are amazing insights in to what the boys had to go through on some of the long days of filming in the UK.
