Paced to the Edge: My Fastest Race at Brighton 10K 2025

Join me for the Brighton 10K 2025 PB chasing experience—my fastest 10K ever—paced by Sam (@LightItUpYeah). I came into the race with a 47:50 PB and the goal of 46:xx. The last time I ran a paced 10K was the London 10K in 2023 with Ben (@BenIsRunning) and Cole (@ColeRunning), so this felt like the perfect chance to see what I could do. I raced this one in the Puma x SaySky Fast R3 and Sam had on the Asics Metaspeed Tokyo Edge The Brighton 10K is known for its fast, flat coastal route, organised by Brighton & Hove AC and part of the South-East running scene since 1984. With its wide seafront roads, strong club-runner turnout, and buzzing atmosphere, it’s become one of the UK’s favourite PB-friendly 10K races. We have to make this annual now Sam! Brighton itself adds something special—colourful streets, the famous pier, and that fresh seaside energy that makes race day feel like a mini running holiday. In this vlog, you’ll see pre-race build-up, pacing strategy, mid-race clips, the final push for the PB, and post-race reflections along the Brighton promenade.
