How much weight can i loose by riding a bike 1 hour a day for 2 weeks. I will put this to the test to see what results can be achieved through cycling. This is part of my 12 week body transformation challenge in which i will be doing a new challenge every 2 weeks to really push myself to get results. If you have unwanted body fat or belly fat that you want to get rid of easy and fast cyling is defenitly a great way to do it. In 2 weeks i lost 2 kg along with 2 inches off my waist.
