Arroz com feijão, carne de porco, abacate e banana frita: faça o PF COLOMBIANO | Tempero de Família
Rodrigo Hilbert teaches how to make the Colombian-style "PF" (Prato Feito - a typical Brazilian dish) with beans, rice, avocado, pork belly, and fried plantains. The dish is called "Bandeja Paisa" and is very generously served. It's a great option for lunch or dinner, and the combination of flavors makes the meal even more delicious. #NhacGNT #FamilyRecipe #RodrigoHilbert Ingredients: For the main dish: 200g cooked black beans (al dente) 2 ladles of bean cooking broth 300g diced sirloin steak 2 thick slices (about 2-3cm) of pork belly 2 eggs 200g cooked white rice 3 tablespoons of oil 1 peeled and sliced avocado Oil for deep frying Salt and pepper to taste For the plantains: 2 green plantains Oil for deep frying 3 cloves of garlic 1 cup of water 2 teaspoons of salt Preparation: For the main dish: In a saucepan, heat the oil over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, add the meat. Season the meat with salt and pepper to taste. Seal the meat well and add the beans and broth. Cover the casserole dish and simmer over low heat for about 15 minutes. The beans will be a little creamier and drier than usual. Turn off the heat and set aside. Season the pork belly with salt and pepper to taste. Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Add the pork belly and sear on both sides. Add half a cup of water. Cover and cook until dry (be careful not to burn). When completely dry, remove from the pan. Let it cool naturally until it is very dry. In another pan, heat oil for deep frying. Heat the oil and, with the oil very hot, add the pork belly. Fry until evenly browned and crispy. Remove from the oil and drain in a wire sieve to make it very dry and set aside. For the plantain fritters: Peel and slice the plantains into thick slices (about 4 cm). In a frying pan, add oil for deep frying and heat over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, add the plantains. Fry them until golden brown, without burning. Once the plantains are golden brown, remove them from the oil and drain them in a wire sieve to make them very dry. Lower the heat of the oil, as we will fry the plantains again. In a bowl, place the salt. Peel and crush the garlic cloves along with the salt. Add the water and mix lightly. Using something of your choice, press down on the fried plantain slices and carefully flatten them. Immerse the flattened plantains in the water with salt and garlic. Drain well and very carefully add them back to the hot oil. Be very careful not to splatter the oil on yourself. Fry them again until they are a little more golden brown. Remove from the oil and let drain again in the iron sieve. Set aside. Separately: Fry the eggs. Serve everything: On a platter or large plate, serve the beans, rice, sliced avocado, plantains, and pork belly. ------------------------------------ ➡ Subscribe to Nhac GNT: http://bit.ly/NHACGNT ➡ Also watch on Globoplay +Channels: www.globoplay.com ➡ Follow Nhac GNT on social media: Facebook: / nhacgnt Instagram: / nhacgnt Pinterest: / nhacgnt Many More Recipes: http://www.nhacgnt.com.br
