Đồng Văn, has a morning market once a week on Sunday. Ethnic groups from all over the area come to this market, to buy goods, sell, and get necessary things for the whole week. Today I brought you all through the market with me as we tried various must eat dishes in the area. From banh cuon with eggs, buckwheat products, offal stews, corn flour, mung bean dishes, sticky rice, and more.
