SLIP JIG DRILLS - FESTIVAL STYLE - IRISH DANCE - FAST CLASS!

Let's work on our technique & Slip Jig energy at a faster pace. I strongly believe that we don't need hours & hours to practice. I want you to use this 'Fast Class' to remind yourself that you can achieve a lot in a short period of time. Enjoy! How is this 'FAST CLASS' structured? I'll take you through 4 sets of drill sequences. Each sequence lasts for 24 bars. When we complete the 4th sequence, we are going back to the top & making our way through all 4 again! What do the drills focus on? Technique, style & control. Anything else? Try your best to maintain perfect posture & present yourself in a confident way. You'll also need to be switched on throughout, especially during the spins. If you haven't danced a slow Slip Jig before, I hope you enjoy this. You'll hear me laugh when I'm finding it tough.
