I am hoping this video helps you to improve your over downs leaps for Irish Dance and achieve the "Freeze" or "Hold" that is so beautiful to watch. Or, if you have never done an overdown before, I hope this helps you to learn. I demonstrate numerous exercises to help you achieve enough strength to achieve the freeze illusion.
