This workout is perfect for beginners, Seniors or anyone seeking a lighter and gentler rebounder workout that will make you STRONGER & MORE FIT. ✅ I have designed this video as a low-bounce rebounder mini-trampoline workout with easy to follow, simple moves. The support bar adds a different dynamic to the workout. ✅ This workout is ideal for beginners but also for those who have bounced before. If you are a beginner, you can take advantage of the low-intensity movements I present and as you practice this routine, you will find that you can increase your intensity over time. The video has a warmup and cooldown/stretch movements included. With 40 years of experience as a fitness instructor, I’ve trained in numerous exercise modalities and continually expanded my knowledge as a fitness educator.
