1974 HONDA MT250 Elsinore Restoration #9 In this video you will see: Cleaning the rust out of the gas tank with vinegar and then muriatic acid. Sealing the tank with POR-15 Fuel tank sealer Stripping the paint off of the tank using paint stripper. Body work on the tank using bondo Repainting the tank with gas resistant rattle can spray paint Finishing the tank with 2k clear coat This was a ton of work but it was worth it because it will be the center piece of my fully restored enduro!
