Hip Twist with Stretched Arms followed by modification

23rd exercise in the classical order. Repeat 3x left circle, and 3x right circle Hip twist takes strength in the abdominals and hip flexors, and also targets the obliques as the lower trunk rotates but the upper body stays still (I'm still working on this!) skip ahead to see my modification which allows you to focus on the hip rotation and targets the lower abdominals! Tips: Allow your back to round and let chest drop in, with chin down keep upper body still if possible swing the legs up as close to head as possible keep toes pointed and knees straight
