Ride a Leyland TD4. The Sydney Bus Museum's oldest operable bus is former 379 (mo1579) new in 1937.
We take a ride in a rare Leyland TD4 double deck bus, from Park Street Sydney to the Sydney Bus Museum at Leichhardt, at the end of the evening peak period. Driven by Liam Brundle he gives the ancient constant mesh gearbox a good run. Flashbacks show the vehicle on the road.
