The Chinese characters that I show and explain to my Taiji beginners
Most of those who start Taiji tend not to understand the importance of practice. This video provides what I show to my beginning students and elucidate, namely the Traditional Chinese characters, Xué Xí 學習, for "study.” These characters are particularly meaningful because they portray the Yin/Yang aspect of "learn" and "practice."
