Suikoden 1 - PS1 - NO COMMENTARY *Played With RetroArch Beetle PSX HW *100% ITEMS, HIDDEN TREASURES, ALL 108 STARS OF DESTINY PLAYTHROUGH PREVIOUSLY: After returning to the hideout, Tir and the others had finally made up their minds and joined the Liberation Army. Their first task, to deliver the Fire Spears blueprint, which Lady Odessa believes could help them one day when they go toe to toe with the Imperials, to the army's secret factory. The Rebel Leader volunteers to accompany Tir and his party to a village called Sarady located northwest after crossing Mt. Tigerwolf. During their climb, the party rests in an inn due to exhaustion, and gets served a special tea made by the innkeeper Ledon. Everyone gets knocked out due to the drink, and the man reveals himself to be a thief disguised as an innkeeper. Before he could loot his victims however, his boss Kessler arrives. He immediately orders Ledon to make the antidotes, and scolds him for not recognizing Lady Odessa of the Liberation Army. Everyone recovers from the effects of the special tea after taking the antidote, and they make amends before continuing on their trip to Sarady. Arriving at the village, they agree to spend their night in the inn as they wait for the messenger from the factory. Having a hard time sleeping, Lady Odessa and Tir had a little personal conversation about their futures, the Imperial Army and the Liberation Army. A man named Kage then appears from the shadows, introducing himself as a man sent by chief Mose from the factory. Lady Odessa tests him if he was really the man they were waiting for, before receiving the blueprints and leaves. The next day, the party returns to Lenankamp. As they arrive in the town inn, the innkeeper is lying on the ground, who mustered up words revealing the culprits that were the imperials. Fearing for the others' safety, Lady Odessa rushes to their secret hideout, before Tir and the others follows her. The party fends off groups of imperials on their way inside, but as they reach Lady Odessa, she is severely wounded after protecting a child from the soldiers. Using her last breath, she passes on the leadership role to Tir, and requests that her death not be revealed to the rest of the army as not to diminish its current high morale.
