Prince William and Sticky Fingers!

When I cooked for Prince William and Harry at Kensington Palace both boys loved BBQ. Especially baby back ribs. Now I wasn't allowed a smoker at the palace so I had to cook my ribs in the oven. Glazed with my own BBQ sauce recipe these ribs certainly give you sticky fingers when you eat them. But Sticky Fingers was also the name of the boys favorite restaurant in London.
